We assist our customers by dispensing advice on the preventive maintenance of products sold by us in view of maximising their lifetime. We always have in stock a range of critical spare parts and operate on a roaster system to offer 24/7 service in attending to critical problems in cold rooms and server/UPS rooms^*. To minimise repair lead times and unexpected breakdowns, we recommend our clients to consider and entertain our preventive maintenance service contracts.
