MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT. The respective Customer Relation officer will take the requests and organise for intervention in an agreed time frame. He/she will ensure follow up with the customer and the service team over the time & quality objective of the intervention. SPARE PARTS. Requests are handled at our sales counter or by contacting the spare parts sales representative who will follow up on our customers’ needs & assure prompt delivery. PRODUCT SUPPORT. Our product Support Officers will conduct surveys and provide support to our customers to ensure maximum efficiency in their operations over the life time of their equipment & installations. INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT. Our technical engineers’ tasks are to design efficient structures and offer quality installation services for the equipments. They are a link between our Sales departments and our Contracting department. Our Customer Care department will contact you for feedbacks on the performance & commitment of our department for continuous improvement of our services.
