Prompt, regular and targeted surveys will be carried out to measure the level of your dealings with the relevant department(s) of HME. It will mainly measure the quality of delivery on our commitment to you. The feedback will be escalated to the management for appreciation and corrective actions.

We shall also conduct a Corporate Survey on a yearly basis, complementary to the target surveys and which will shape up the public image of our company and assess the level of your satisfaction with the services that HME provides at large.
